Zubby is software that runs an AI sales agent on top of your existing storefront. It connects to your store in one click (Shopify) or one plugin install (WooCommerce), then indexes your complete catalog, your policy docs, and your conversation history into a tenant-isolated knowledge base.
On every shopper interaction, the agent retrieves the most relevant facts from that knowledge base, applies your brand voice, and responds with cart-ready product cards. It can add items to cart, check inventory, look up orders, suggest bundles, and escalate to a human when confidence drops.
