How does the 14-day free trial work?
The Growth plan starts with a 14-day free trial with the full feature set: real-time cart rescue, multilingual AI agent, recovery emails, journey builder, attribution. A card is required to start the trial, but you aren't charged until day 15 and can cancel any time before then. Before the trial you can connect your store and sandbox-test the AI on your own catalog. Pro starts immediately (no trial).
What ROI do Zubby stores typically see?
Zubby is built to drive a strong return, and the Overview dashboard attributes revenue live — from carts rescued in-session, recovery emails that convert downstream, and products purchased after an AI recommendation — so you measure your own ROI rather than estimate it at quarter-end. We don't promise a guaranteed multiple; results depend on your traffic, catalog, and margins.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade in a single click from the billing tab. Plan changes take effect immediately and we prorate the bill so you never overpay for a month you only partially used. Annual plans (billed via Stripe) get two months free — pay for 10 months, get 12 — and can be moved between tiers mid-term; the prepay rolls over.
What counts as an AI conversation?
On the web widget, one conversation is one chat session between a shopper and the AI agent, regardless of how many messages it contains. On messaging channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, SMS), each unique contact who messages you counts once per month — a shopper who chats with you on WhatsApp all month is still one conversation. Outbound sends never consume credit: recovery and abandoned-cart emails, broadcasts, and journey messages are all included on every plan.
Do you support both Shopify and WooCommerce?
Yes — natively. The Shopify integration is a Theme App Extension widget with Bulk GraphQL catalog sync, signed webhook ingress, and Shopify Plus checkout extensions. The WooCommerce integration is a WordPress plugin that signs into the same SaaS over Bearer + tenant headers and replays the full catalog, cart, and order stream. Headless stacks and BigCommerce stores can drop in the hosted widget script. One backend, three deploy targets.
What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
We warn you at 80% and 100% of the cap in the dashboard and via email. If you cross the cap, new AI chats pause until the next billing cycle, and the widget falls back to your standard support flow so shoppers still have a path forward. To turn the AI back on immediately, buy a conversation pack ($25 per 1,000 conversations) from the billing tab or upgrade your plan — both take effect right away.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fees and no annual contract — month-to-month, cancel any time on any plan. Annual billing is available on Stripe-billed plans with two months free (pay for 10 months, get 12); subscriptions billed through Shopify are monthly only.
