Can the widget really match my brand?

Yes — and not just the launcher color. The designer covers primary color, secondary accent, surface tint, font family, corner radius, launcher position, opening message, avatar, and dark / light schemes. Do I need to write code to install the widget?

No. On Shopify, our Theme App Extension toggles the widget on from the theme editor — zero Liquid edits. On WooCommerce, the plugin injects it. For headless or BigCommerce stores, paste a single snippet anywhere in the page head and it self-hydrates.

What are audience rules?

Audience rules let you target the widget to specific shoppers: URL pattern (e.g. only on /products/*), country, language, UTM source, returning vs new visitor, cart contents, mobile vs desktop, hour of day. Each rule can show, hide, or change the opening message — so a paid-traffic landing sees a different greeter than an organic browse session.

Does the widget support multiple languages?

Yes. The widget detects the shopper's browser language and switches the agent, opening message, and UI labels into one of 25 supported languages. Merchants can override any string per locale to keep brand voice tight.

What about out-of-hours behavior?

Set business hours per store and the widget can switch to an out-of-hours mode automatically: change the opening message, route to email capture instead of live chat handoff, or surface a callback form. AI agent answers stay live 24/7 — only the human handoff flips off.
