What WordPress / WooCommerce versions does the plugin support?
WordPress 6.0+ and WooCommerce 7.0+. PHP 7.4+ required. Tested through WordPress 6.6 and WooCommerce 9.x. Multi-site (network-activated) supported.
How does catalog sync work?
On install, the plugin runs an initial Woo REST API pull for products, variants, categories, and stock. After that, Woo webhooks keep everything fresh in real time. Manual re-sync available from the admin menu.
Will Zubby conflict with other WordPress plugins?
No. The plugin namespaces all its hooks, options, and database keys under a unique, collision-safe prefix, so it never clashes with other plugins. Tested with Yoast SEO, WooCommerce Subscriptions, ReCharge, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, WP Rocket, and WordFence.
Does the chat widget slow my site down?
No. The loader is < 12 KB gzipped, loads asynchronously from our edge CDN, and doesn't block the main thread. Page Speed Insights impact is < 1 point. Lighthouse Performance impact < 2 points.
Is the plugin GDPR / CCPA compliant?
Yes. We honor all WordPress privacy hooks, expose a one-click data-erasure endpoint, and never store shopper PII outside your tenant. AES-256-GCM encryption at rest, GDPR webhook subscriptions, and a downloadable DPA.
Can I use Zubby with WooCommerce Subscriptions?
Yes. We auto-detect subscription products and adjust the AI's pitch (subscribe & save framing). ReCharge subscriptions are also supported via our ReCharge connector.
