Analytics & weekly review
Analytics in Zubby are designed for one purpose: make it obvious whether the AI is moving the needle for your store, and where to invest next. This page covers the dashboards, how attribution works, and the weekly review snapshot — the single best read of the week.
Overview dashboard
The headline numbers. Each tile shows current period, prior period, and percentage change.
- Conversations — total sessions started.
- Engagement rate — share of widget impressions that became conversations.
- Assisted conversions — orders attributable to a conversation in the attribution window.
- Assisted revenue — gross revenue from assisted conversions, currency-normalized.
- Recovery revenue — revenue from cart, browse, and win-back journeys.
- Resolution rate — share of conversations that closed without handoff.
- Handoff rate — share that escalated to a human.
Conversion funnel
The funnel shows visitors → engaged → asked-a-question → clicked-a- product → added-to-cart → ordered. Each transition shows percentage and absolute drop-off. Hover any band to see the median time spent in that stage.
Stuck on a step? The funnel links straight into the conversations that dropped off, so you can sample-read why.
Attribution
Zubby uses conversation-touch attribution: an order is attributable when the shopper had at least one conversation in the configured window before placing the order. We support three windows:
| Window | Use when |
|---|---|
| 1 day (default) | You want conservative numbers. Closely correlates with “the AI moved this purchase forward today”. |
| 7 days | Considered-purchase categories (electronics, jewelry, B2B). |
| 14 days | High-AOV stores where the buying cycle is longer. |
Click-through orders are always attributed
Weekly review
Every Monday morning the weekly review lands in your inbox (and is viewable under Analytics → Weekly review). It’s a snapshot of:
- The top 3 wins — biggest movers vs. last week.
- The top 3 risks — what’s degrading and why.
- A list of suggested next actions, ranked by impact.
- Side-by-side comparison of last 4 weeks for headline metrics.
Snapshots are immutable — you can scroll back and see the report exactly as it landed. Useful for post-mortems and quarterly reviews.
Custom dashboards
Drag-and-drop dashboards live under Analytics → Custom. Pick any metric, filter, and time range. Save dashboards per teammate, schedule email exports, or share read-only URLs externally.
Exports
Every chart and table on the analytics dashboard exports to CSV or JSON with one click. For programmatic access, see REST API. For a continuous stream of events, see Webhooks.
Comparing with GA4 / Meta CAPI
Zubby also pushes conversion events to GA4 and Meta CAPI when connectors are configured. Numbers will differ slightly from Zubby’s native analytics: GA4 uses session-based attribution and Meta CAPI uses Meta’s click-id graph. Don’t reconcile them; treat each as a different lens.
