How quickly does the catalog sync?
Shopify stores sync via Bulk GraphQL API — typically under 5 minutes for catalogs up to 50,000 products. WooCommerce syncs in batches of 50 via REST API.
Does the AI hallucinate or recommend wrong products?
Zubby uses RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) — the AI only answers from your actual catalog data. Guardrails block off-topic, medical, and competitor content.
Can I customize the AI's tone and behavior?
Yes. The Brand Voice settings let you control tone (friendly, professional, technical), greeting style, emoji usage, and custom instructions.
What happens when I hit my conversation limit?
The widget gracefully degrades — it can show a static message or hide entirely. You'll receive email alerts at 80% and 100% usage.
How do I cancel or downgrade?
Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard. You can downgrade or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the end of your billing period.
